Ibis Golf & Country Club
West Palm Beach, Florida
 The
setting, surrounded by a 12,000 acre nature preserve, was
spectacular. The location, just minutes from Palm Beach,
was prime. Boasting two Nicklaus championship golf courses,
the possibilities were tantalizing. Even so, this country
club community bursting with potential was in serious trouble,
and owned by an out-of-state bank.
Kitson
& Partners did what it does best - in 1996 it took control
of a struggling Ibis Golf & Country Club and in a few
short years  turned
it into one of the most successful country club communities
in southeast Florida. K&P's experience and success in
managing master planned communities was clearly evident
in the resurgence of Ibis. By installing proprietary sales
and management principles, restructuring existing land sale
methods, and investing the time to improve relationships
with the area's finest luxury home builders and realtors,
Kitson & Partners hit the mark again and again as they
revitalized this once troubled project. Today, Ibis Golf & Country Club is thriving, with a third Nicklaus family
designed course, and was recently named "country club
community of the year" in Palm Beach County.
