 Kitson & Partners Clubs has experience in every phase of the golf course and club development process, including project planning and design, financing, membership marketing, and coordinating the actual construction of golf courses, clubhouses and other club facilities. Leading golf course architects with whom the company has worked include Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Rees Jones and Jack Nicklaus.
Kitson & Partners Clubs Asia, Inc. was Co-Developer of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea, which includes an 18-hole Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a clubhouse designed by the international architectural firm of Cannon Design, and plans for 179 luxury villas. The company recently completed project management for 18-hole major golf course renovation projects at Princeville, Hawaii and in Orlando, Florida. Kitson & Partners Clubs also supported the design and development of a new golf clubhouse at Sun ‘N Lake Country Club, Sebring, Florida. Currently, Kitson & Partners Clubs is designing and building a new clubhouse at Talis Park (Tuscany Reserve). When complete, it will be a natural gathering place to serve as the hub for member social and golf activity.
