 Although known primarily as a development and management company, senior personnel at Kitson & Partners have extensive hands-on operating experience, and there is a consulting aspect to every project we undertake. Kitson & Partners consulting services range from club operations analysis to real estate site evaluations, from marketing studies to business plan development and execution.
Over half of our current management assignments include critical long term strategies which require more than just day-to-day management expertise, including multi-million dollar golf course and clubhouse renovations, partial redevelopment of golf courses to include new real estate and resort components and complete repositioning of properties from one segment to another (i.e. resort/daily fee to private) in order to secure the ideal market position for the facility going forward.
Kitson & Partners can also perform comprehensive due diligence studies. These powerful K&P capabilities include extensive proprietary analytical systems, which we use in our own facility acquisitions that have been critical to financing and closing every transaction in which K&P has been a principal.
